Presentation Formats

An abstract can be submitted for presentation at the conference as either an Oral Presentation or a Poster Presentation. During the review stage, the Programme Committee may change the submitted presentation type to support programme continuity and quality. Any such change will be communicated to the presenting author at the acceptance notification stage. The decision of the Programme Committee is final.

The Programme Committee may adjust presentation formats to ensure programme quality and continuity.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts for MSCT & AI 2026 should be submitted through the online submission portal. The Presenting Author must register and complete payment before submitting an abstract and will serve as the main point of contact with the organizers.

  • Presenting Author: The presenting author must submit the abstract and act as the corresponding author.
  • Registration: The presenting author must register and complete payment before submitting an abstract.
  • Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted by the deadline to be considered for review.
  • Language: Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the abstract is successfully submitted.
  • If no confirmation email is received, please log in to the portal and verify that the abstract has been fully submitted and is not left in draft.

Required Submission Details

  • Abstract Title: Maximum 15 words
  • Presentation Type: Choose either Oral or Poster
  • Topic: Select from the conference topic list
  • Presenting Author: Name, affiliation, and job title
  • Co-Authors: Names, affiliations, and job titles
  • Abstract Text: Maximum 400 words including headings and references, excluding title, authors, and affiliations
  • Description of the concept/idea
  • Additional information
  • Data Consent Agreement
  • Publication Agreement
  • Alternative Contact for Abstract

Terms and Conditions

  • The submitted abstract must comply with the guidelines outlined on the conference website.
  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • The abstract is being submitted only once for MSCT & AI 2026.
  • It is the responsibility of the presenting author to submit the abstract and serve as the main point of contact with co-authors.
  • The presenting author must be available to present at the conference on June 23, 2026.
  • The presenting author must register and complete payment in full prior to submitting the abstract. Abstracts will not be reviewed if the presenting author has not registered and paid.
  • The abstract text, along with author names, affiliations, posters, and/or additional requested documents, may be published on the conference website and in the abstract document.
  • A presentation’s type or topic may be changed after review to ensure its inclusion in the programme.
  • Presenters may be recorded for live streaming, and recordings, along with presentation slides, may be published online after the conference.
